AUTHORIZING THE CLEAN AND GREEN FOUNDATION, INC. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Clean and Green Foundation, Inc., is a non-governmental organization that seeks to improve the quality of life of the Filipinos by protecting and improving environment;

WHEREAS, the Clean and Green Foundation, Inc., has directed its effort to revive and rehabilitate the Pasig River;

WHEREAS, the revival and rehabilitation of Pasig River require urgent funding support from all sectors of society;

WHEREAS, the Clean and Green Foundation, Inc., has limited resources and funds for this laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Clean and Green Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this proclamation.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
