DECLARING SATURDAY, JULY 1, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN DIPOLOG CITY

WHEREAS, Saturday, July 1, 1995, marks the 82nd Foundation Anniversary of the City of Dipolog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Dipolog City be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, July 1, 1995, as a special day in Dipolog City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
