DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY N THE CITY OF DAPITAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 22, 1995, marks the 32nd Charter Anniversary of the City of Dapitan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dapitan wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, June 22, 1995 as a special day in the City of Dapitan.
