DECLARING TUESDAY, JUNE 20, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, June 20, 1995, marks the 48th Charter Anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dagupan wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me my Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, June 20, 1995, as a special day in the City of Dagupan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
