RESERVING FOR THE NATIONAL USAFIP-NL MILITARY SHRINE AND PARK SITES PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUNA, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for National USAFIP-NL Military Shrine and Park sites purposes, subject to private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, subject to future survey situated in the Municipality of Luna, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follow:

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot 20743, Cad-775-D, situated in the Municipality of Luna, Province of La Union, Island of Luzon.

Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 20743, Cad-775-D, being S. 50-51 W., 5738.02 m. from B.L.L.M. 1B-1, thence

S. 83-46 W., 28.90 m. to point 2;

S. 83-46 W., 29.02 m. to point 3;

S. 83-47 W., 18.47 m. to point 4;

S. 83-45 W., 12.85 m. to point 5;

S. 83-18 W., 7.58 m. to point 6;

N. 09-09 W., 108.97 m. to point 7;

N. 70-07 E., 36.58 m. to point 8;
