DECLARING 19 MAY 1995 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN BUTUAN CITY TO COMMEMORATE THE BUTUAN CITY CHARTER DAY

WHEREAS, 19 May 1995 marks the anniversary of the foundation of Butuan City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Butuan City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27 of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare 19 May 1995, as a special day in Butuan City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
