[ Proclamation No. 575, May 5, 1995 ]
AUTHORIZING THE TAHANAN OUTREACH PROJECTS & SERVICES, INC. (TOPS), TO CONDUCT A NATIONWIDE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.
WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 354, series of 1994, the Tahanan Outreach Projects & Services, Inc. (TOPS), in order to enable it to raise sufficient funds to attain the laudable goals of mainstreaming disadvantaged children, normalizing socially maladjusted youth, hand-in-hand with his family through innovative approaches, dynamic strategies, positive attitude and skills, is further authorized to conduct a national fund campaign for the period from April 11, 1994 to April 11, 1995, serving as a model for related rehabilitation outreach programs.
WHEREAS, the Tahanan Outreach Projects & Services, Inc. (TOPS), as the only private, non-profit organization with objectives directed to these noble ends and supplements and supports the program of government along these lines, deserves nationwide support and needs the additional time to raise funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Tahanan Outreach Projects & Services, Inc. (TOPS), to conduct a nationwide educational and fund campaign for the period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.1aшphi1
