RESERVING FOR CAMP SITE PURPOSES OF THE GIRL SCOUTS OF THE PHILIPPINES, AGUSAN COUNCIL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY TELESFORA ONG OH, MUNICIPALITY OF TUBAY, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for camp site purposes of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines, Agusan Council, under the administration of the National President, Girl Scouts of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Telesfora Ong Oh, Municipality of Tubay, Province of Agusan del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND ( Lot No. 1126, Cad-905 Tubay Cadastre) situated in Barangay Telesfora Ong Oh, Municipality of Tubay, Province of Agusan del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Lot 1129, Cad-905; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Road, along line 3-4 by Lot 1125; on the NE., along line 4-5 by Lot 1144, along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 1172; on the E., along lines 7-8-9 by Lot 1127, all of Cad-905, Tubay Cadastre; and on the SE., along lines 9-10-1 by Kinahiluan River. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the sketch plan being N. 61 deg. 19" E., 6,981.33 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-905, Tubay Cadastre;

beginning, containing an area of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
