[ Proclamation No. 559, April 7, 1995 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 87, DATED AUGUST 9, 1966, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE DIBUDALAN MOUNTAIN FOREST RESERVE, AND DECLARING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AS AURORA STATE COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL SITE CIVIL RESERVATION, SITUATED IN ZABALI, BALER, AURORA

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 37, dated August 6, 1966, which established the Dibudalan Mountain Forest Reserve, and declaring the land embraced therein as Aurora State College of Technology School Site Civil Reservation, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that the removal and utilization of timber and other forest products therein shall be subject to the Forestry Internal Revenue laws and regulation, certain parcel of the public domain (to cover the disestablished Communal Forest Parcel II, Amd. and the proposed Government Center of the Province of Aurora), situated in Barangay Zabali, Baler, Aurora, which is more particularly described as follows:

The area covered by the reservation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports and the Aurora State College of Technology.

In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this Proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and the subject area regains its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.
