MATUTUM PROTECTED LANDSCAPE THE PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED WITHIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TUPI, TAMPAKAN, AND POLOMOLOK, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALUNGON, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V.
