DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDALUYONG

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 9, 1995, marks the First Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Mandaluyong;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Mandaluyong desire to commemorate this event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the Powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 9, 1995, as a special day in the City of Mandaluyong.1aшphi1
