RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PANALARON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF PANALARON, CITY OF TACLOBAN, ISLAND OF LEYTE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Panalaron National High School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the District of Panalaron, City of Tacloban, Island of Leyte, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2-B-6-A-3, Bsd-08-000003, Amd. 3 situated in the District of Panalaron, City of Tacloban, Island of Leyte. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by T. Claudio St.; on the NW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by the property of Sulpicio Siozon; on the NE., along line 5-6 by a road; and on the SE., along line 6-1 by Sto. Niño Extension St. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being N. 19 deg. 11 min. W., 301.01 m. from BLLM No. 1, Tacloban Cadastre; thence

N. 55 deg. 59 min. W., 70.88 m. to point 2;

N. 50 deg. 15 min. E., 5.41 m. to point 3;

N. 50 deg. 15 min. E., 73.07 m. to point 4;

N. 50 deg. 15 min. E., 70.29 m. to point 5;

S. 52 deg. 50 min. E., 44.88 m. to point 6;

S. 40 deg. 20 min. W., 141.18 m. to point 1;

point of beginning, containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY TWO (8,222) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are marked on the ground by PLS, Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm. Bearings true; Date of original survey was June 15-17, 1988 by Geodetic Engineer Floro B. Calibugan and was approved on August 18, 1988.
