DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 15, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF NAGA

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 15, 1994, marks the 46th Charter Anniversary of the City of Naga;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Naga be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, December 15, 1994, as a special day in the City of Naga.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
