DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 8, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, December 8, 1994, marks the observance of the Muslim-Christian Unity in this city;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cotabato should be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, December 8, 1994, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
