[ Proclamation No. 509, November 25, 1994 ]

AUTHORIZING THE HEART FOUNDATION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS, the Heart Foundation of the Philippines was authorized under Proclamation No. 260, dated September 28, 1993, to conduct a national fund campaign from September 1, 1993 to August 31, 1994;

WHEREAS, the Heart Foundation of the Philippines deserves the full support from all sectors to be able to continue with its humanitarian mission of helping the increasing number of the disadvantaged individuals suffering from heart disease and other related ailments;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Heart Foundation of the Philippines to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
