MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 506, November 23, 1994 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE DOÑA IMELDA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY DOÑA IMELDA, MUNICIPALITY OF DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Doña Imelda Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Doña Imelda, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 48, Gss-2-000216 CARP A PARCEL OF LAND Lot No. 48, Gss-2-000216 (CARP) surveyed for Doña Imelda Elementary School, situated in Barangay Doña Imelda, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., & N., along lines 1-2-3 by Road; on the E., along line 3-4 by Provincial Road; and on the S., along line 4-1 by Road. Beginning at the point marked “1” of plan being S. 50 deg. 00W., 6097.70 m. from BLLM No. 108, Cad-211, Santiago Cadastre. thence N. 02-08 W., 155.00 m. to point 2; thence S. 88-23 E., 150.58 m. to point 3; thence S. 02-52 E., 148.33 m. to point 4; thence S. 89-03 W., 152.20 m. to the point; of beginning. Containing an area of TWENTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY SIX (22,926) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan marked on the ground. All points by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings true.
