RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF NUEVO ILOCO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY NUEVO ILOCO, MUNICIPALITY OF MAWAB, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of Nuevo Iloco Elementary School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Nuevo Iloco, Municipality of Mawab, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Road (15.00 m. wide); on the SE., along lines 8-9-10 by Road; and along line 10-11 by Lot 8514, Pls-2, (Park); or the SW., along line 11-12-13 by Road; along lines 13-1-2 by Lot 154, Cad-282; along line 2-3 and on the NW., along lines 3-4-5-6 by Road.
