RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CAUSWAGAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CAUSWAGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Causwagan Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Causwagan, Municipality of Liloy, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 9, Ccs-09-07-000029-D; on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 8, Ccs-09-07-000029-D; along line 3-4 by Lot No. 7, Ccs-09-07-000029-D; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 6, Ccs-09-07-000029-D; on the W., along line 5-6 by Lot No. 1, Ccs-09-07-000029-D; and on point 1 by Lot No. 700, Pls 65.
Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot No. 3, Ccs-09-07-000029-D, being S. 14-08 E., 4,680.00 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-65, Liloy Public Land Subdivision; thence

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Bernabe E. Donque, Geodetic Engineer on February 12, 1977 and was approved on May 21, 1979
