AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL MOVEMENT OF YOUNG LEGISLATORS (NMYL) FOUNDATION, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

WHEREAS, the NMYL Foundation, Inc., a non-stock, non-profit organization has committed itself to the mission of promoting the development of competent and dedicated young leaders capable of meeting the countrys need in the future;

WHEREAS, in line with its mission, the Foundation will undertake programs and services for young leaders, which will instill in them the necessary ideals, values, and skills for the proper governance and development of their communities;

WHEREAS, the mission of the Foundation is deserving the financial and moral support of the people;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorized the National Movement of Young Legislators Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
