RESERVING FOR PUBLIC MARKET, PUBLIC UTILITY VEHICLES TERMINAL, AND PUBLIC PLAZA SITES PURPOSES, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for public market, public utility vehicles terminal, and public plaza sites purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 2, Ccs-045318-001358 situated in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Palawan, Island of Palawan. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Lot 1; on the E., along lines 2-3-4 by Lot 4, both of the subdivision plan; on the S., along lines 4-5-6 by Road (10.00 m. wide); and on the W., along line 6-1 by Lot 3 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 2, Ccs-045318-001358, being N. 56-29" W., 607.77 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-232, Roxas Public Land Subdivision; thence

S. 86-43E., 341.27 m. to point 2;

S. 02-21W., 165.48 m. to point 3;

S. 02-21W., 3.22 m. to point 4;

WEST, 190.56 m. to point 5;

WEST, 141.31 m. to point 6;

N. 0-35W., 188.14 m. to point 1;

point of beginning, containing an area of SIXTY THOUSAND (60,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are marked on the ground by BL Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm.; Bearings true. Date of original survey on October 7-8, 1993 by Geodetic Engineer Jesus C. Perilla and was approved on October 22, 1993.ℒαwρhi৷
