AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 98, S. 1963, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND FOR PARKS AND PLAYGROUND PURPOSES SITUATED IN BONUAN GUESSET, CITY OF DAGUPAN, BY EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LINGAYEN GULF WHICH IS ADJACENT THERETO, FOR BUILDING COMPLEX SITE PURPOSES OF THE BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 98, Series of 1963, which reserved certain parcels of land for parks and playground purposes situated in Bonuan Guesset, City of Dagupan, by excluding certain portion thereof and reserving the same, together with the accredited portion of the Lingayen Gulf, which is adjacent thereto, for building complex site purposes of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to verification and approval of survey, which parcel is particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot No. 9095-C (Portion), Bsd-4017. Bounded on the SE. and SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Road (portion of Lot 9095-C, Bsd-4017); on the NW., along line 4-5 by Salvage Zone and Lingayen Gulf; and on the NE., along lines 5-6-1 by Road (Portion of Lot 9095-C, Bsd-4017).

Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot No. 9095-C (Portion), Bsd-4017, being N. 19-42 E., 4878.84 m. from BLLM No. 1, Dagupan Cadastral; thence

S. 58-43 W., 187.32 m. to point 2;

N. 27-37 W., 49.32 m. to point 3;

N. 27-37 W., 22.01 m. to point 4;

N. 58-45 E., 178.43 m. to point 5;

S. 34-46 E., 28.75 m. to point 6;

S. 34-46 E., 42.51 m. to point 1;

point of beginning. Containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND AND SIXTEEN (13,016) SQUARE METERS.ℒαwρhi৷

Note:

A portion of the land with an area of 7,965 square meters is a portion of Lot No. 9095-C, Bsd-4017; and a portion thereof with an area of 5,051 square meters is an accretion.
