MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 468, September 26, 1994 ] ESTABLISHING AS WAHIG-INABANGA RIVER WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR PURPOSES OF PROTECTING, MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND TO PROVIDE RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF PILAR, CANDIJAY, ALICIA, DUERO, SIERRA BULLONES, CARMEN, DAGOHOY, DANAO, INABANGA, BUENAVISTA, AND JETAFE, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, PHILIPPINES Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V.
