DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARAS, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare, upon recommendation of the Secretary of National Defense as Chairman of the National Disaster Coordinating Council, a state of public calamity in the Municipality of Baras, Province of Rizal.

I also hereby authorize the release of the aggregate amount of One-Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) from the calamity fund to support the relief requirements of the victims and to ensure emergency repairs of damaged local infrastructures.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
