[ Proclamation No. 464, September 8, 1994 ]

AUTHORIZING THE TEODORO F. VALENCIA FOUNDATION, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 30, s. 1992, to conduct a national fund campaign up to August 31, 1993;

WHEREAS, the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation Inc., needs additional time to raise more funds for its laudable goal;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
