DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, September 5, 1994, marks the 26th Charter Anniversary of the City of General Santos;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of General Santos would like to commemorate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 5, 1994, as a special day in General Santos City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
