DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 2 TO 8, 1994, AS “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WEEK”

WHEREAS, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 30th National Conference on October 5 to 7, 1994, at Baguio City;

WHEREAS, the conference will focus on Human Resource Managements critical role in leading organizations to develop appropriate strategies to manage change and remain competitive;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the resources management;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from October 2 to 8, 1994, as “Human Resource Management Week” under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.1aшphi1
