EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 806, DATED DECEMBER 4, 1961, WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MARAWI, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR LOW-COST HOUSING SITE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 806, dated December 4, 1961, which reserved a certain parcel of land of the public domain for school site purposes of the Mindanao State University situated in the City of Marawi, Island of Mindanao, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for low cost housing site for the employees of the Mindanao State University to be undertaken by the National Housing Authority, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 5-A of the Subdivision Plan Psd-1273617-020169, being a portion of Lot 5, NR-155-D, Mindanao State University Reservation covered by Special Patent No. 455. Original Certificate of Title No. RP-32 (5) situated in the City of Marawi, Island of Mindanao.
Bounded on the NE., SE., SW., and NW., along line 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-1 by Lot 5-B of the Subdivision Plan.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 39 deg. 15W., 5,108.14 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Q-124, Dansalan Cadastre.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. Cylindrical Conc. Mon. Bearings true; date of original survey on February 2-15, 1963, and that of the subdivision survey executed by Geodetic Engineer ADOR MACAMIMIS on April 17-18, 1994, approved by the Regional Technical Director, Land Management Services, Region 12 on May 4, 1994.1aшphi1
