RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MACO MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF BINUANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MACO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition, or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Maco Municipal High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Binuangan, Municipality of Maco, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:
