1. The administration and management of the area covered by the reservation shall be under the Boy Scouts of the Philippines in coordination with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. For this purpose, a five-year development plan shall be submitted to the office of the President of the Philippines by the Secretary General, BSP, within one (1) year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and Forest Management Bureau with copies thereof.
2. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations; and
3. In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked, or cancelled and the subject area regains its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.1aшphi1
