DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 20, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Monday, June 20, 1994 marks the 47th Charter Anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Dagupan wish to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I Charter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, June 20, 1994, as a special day in the City of Dagupan.
