RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE RICARTE SUR PRIMARY SCHOOL A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED AT BARANGAY RICARTE SUR, MUNICIPALITY OF DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Natural Resources and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or resettlement and reserve for School site purposes of Ricarte Sur Primary School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Ricarte Sur, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND of Lot No. 70, of the subdivision plan Gss-2-000225-D, as surveyed for RICARTE SUR PRIMARY SCHOOL, situated in the Barrio of Ricarte Sur, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Road; on the E., along line 4-5 by Road; on the SE., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 69, of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being S 53 deg. 04" W., 2568.44 m. from BLLM No. 108, Cad-211;

thence N. 33 deg. 42" W., 96.66 m. to pt. 3;

thence N. 46 deg. 21" E., 105.92 m. to pt. 4;

Containing an area of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY SIX (27, 946) sq. m. more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows. All points are marked by P. S. cyl. conc. mons. 15X60 cms. Bearings true; Date of Survey on October 6-16, 1990 and that the subdivision survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Felix Yodyod and was approved on February 20, 1991.1aшphi1
