RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ALEOSAN MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALEOSAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Aleosan Municipal High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Aleosan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND, identified as Lot 1, Sgs-12-000158-D, being a portion of Lot 1310, Pls-134, identical to Lot No. 3071, Pls-134, situated in the Barrio of San Mateo (now Municipality of Aleosan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., and NW., along lines 5-1-2 by lot 2 of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along lines 2-3-4 by National Highway; and on the SW., along line 4-5 by L. Tormon. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S 57º 00" E., 4185.38 meters from BLLM No. 71, Cad-107. Thence. . . . . . . . .1aшphi1

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by Ps Cyl. Conc. Mons., a15 x 60 cms. Bearing true. Date of original survey from March 1940 to March 1941 and that of the subdivision survey executed by Geodetic Engineer Teodorico B. Junio on August 13-14, 1980 and was approved on February 24, 1981.
