[ Proclamation No. 376, May 10, 1994 ]

AUTHORIZING THE NATIONAL PRESS CLUB OF THE PHILIPPINES TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

WHEREAS, on October 22, 1994, the National Press Club of the Philippines will observe the 42nd anniversary of the signing of its articles of incorporation;

WHEREAS, the National Press Club of the Philippines as the sponsoring organization for the years celebration deserves the wholehearted support of all segments of the community;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National Press Club of the Philippines to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon the promulgation of this proclamation.
