RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE ALICIA CENTRAL SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY, MUNICIPALITY OF ALICIA, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of Alicia Central School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Magsaysay, Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND Lot 482, Cad-550 (AP-023101-000781), situated in Barangay Magsaysay, Municipality of Alicia, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Road; on the N., along line 2-3 by Lot 481, Cad-550, along line 3-4 by Lot 457, Cad-550; on the NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 480, Cad-550; on the E., along line 6-7 by National road and on the S., along line 7-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 482, Cad-550 (AP-023101-000781) being N. 74 deg. 04W., 335.76 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-550, thence

N. 05 deg. 23E.,	85.42 m. to point 2;
N. 75 deg. 31E.,	111.56 m. to point 3;
N. 80 deg. 14E.,	126.26 m. to point 4;
S. 05 deg. 14E.,	17.34 m. to point 5;
N. 82 deg. 16E.,	42.60 m. to point 6;

point of beginning, containing an area of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY NINE (27,529) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are all B.L. cyl. conc. mons 15 x 60 cms. Bearings True. Date of Original Survey December 10, 1985 and that of the AP Plan was prepared by Geodetic Engineer Eliseo D. Mabasa on June 2, 1991 and was approved on July 12, 1991.

NOTE: This proclamation is subject to the condition by the Department of Public Works and Highways that a 2.50 meters strip along the Maharlika National Road abutting the land applied for must be reserved for future widening and improvement of the same.1aшphi1
