DECLARING WEDNESDAY, MAY 11, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, May 11, 1994, marks the Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Isabela;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Isabela be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their provinces history with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, May 11, 1994, as a special day in the Province of Isabela.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
