DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 16, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARIKINA

WHEREAS, Saturday, April 16, 1994, marks the historical foundation day of the Municipality of Marikina;

WHEREAS, the people of Marikina should be given full opportunity to celebrate the historic event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, April 16, 1994, as a special day in the Municipality of Marikina.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
