SEGREGATING 1,072 HECTARES FROM THE STA. LUCIA SUBCOLONY OF IWAHIG PENAL COLONY TO BE USED AS AN INDUSTRIAL-COMMERCIAL SITE, AND VESTING THE GOVERNMENT OF PUERTO PRINCESA CITY WITH FULL AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY TO MANAGE, DEVELOP AND DISPOSE OF THE SAME

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby segregate from the Iwahig Penal Colony subject to private rights, if any there be, and transfer to the administration of the Government of Puerto Princesa City, with full authority to manage, develop and lease portions thereof as an industrial-commercial site with a total area of ONE THOUSAND SEVENTY-TWO (1,072) Hectares, more or less, more particularly described as follows;

A parcel of land (Lot tentatively known as lot 1, Csd-04- , being a portion of Parcel 1 of Plan IN-50. Surveyed, March-June, 1911. Approved, July 11, 1911. Plan approved, August 21, 1912. Executive Order No. 28, dated October 6, 1905 is revoked by Executive Order No. 67, dated October 15, 1911 by NEWTON W. GILVERT, acting governor General). The cutting/gathering and utilization of all natural resources shall still be subject to existing DENR rules and regulations.

Any and all private rights, if there be any, shall be respected.
