RESERVING FOR MATERNITY HOSPITAL AND PUERICULTURE CENTER SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PANALARON, CITY OF TACLOBAN, ISLAND OF LEYTE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for Tacloban City Maternity Hospital and Puericulture Center site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Panalaron, City of Tacloban, Island of Leyte, more particularly described as follows:

Lot 3237, Cad-220

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 3237, Cad. 220) Tacloban Cadastre, surveyed for the Tacloban Maternity Hospital and Puericulture Center situated in Barangay Panalaron, Tacloban City, Island of Leyte. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 3193, Cad. 220, on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 3991, Cad. 220, on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 174, Cad. 220, on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 798, Cad. 220, beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being N. 30 deg. 15W., 375.76 meters from BLLM No. 1 Cad. 220;

Thence S. 38 deg. 46W.	119.19 m. to point 2;
Thence N. 49 deg. 37W.	27.81 m. to point 3;
Thence N. 47 deg. 19E.	124.78 m. to point 4;
Thence S. 22 deg. 51E.	10.50 m. to point of

beginning containing an area of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE (2,273) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: All corners marked B.L. are cyl. concrete monuments 15 x 40 cms. Bearings True; Date of Survey on March 29, 1926 and was approved and reconstructed on April 1928. (RESTRICTION: To comply with the provisions of Executive Order No. 113, Series of 1955).1aшphi1

In the event that the area is no longer needed for the purpose, or its development has already been abandoned for three (3) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked, or cancelled and the subject area retains its original status as part of the public domain.
