AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 481, DATED NOVEMBER 4, 1939, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MANIKI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE RESERVATION IN THE BARANGAY OF MANIKI, MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 481, dated November 4, 1939, which established the Maniki Elementary School site reservation in the Barangay of Maniki, Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, by excluding from its operation a portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for school site purposes of the Kapalong National High School, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
