DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1994, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CABANATUAN CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 3, 1994, marks the 44th Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cabanatuan City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, February 3, 1994, as a special day in Cabanatuan City.
