RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL COMPOUND SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TABUK, KALINGA-APAYAO, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK PROVINCE OF KALINGA APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the Municipal Government of Tabuk, Kalinga-Apayao, as MUNICIPAL COMPOUND SITE PURPOSES, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Poblacion, Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1639, Pls.-93, Case I), situated at Poblacion, Tabuk, Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3 and 4, Barangay Road, on the NW., along line 4-1 by Proposed Provincial Road (60.00 meters wide). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N., 30 deg. 14W., 845.44 meters from BLLM No. 20, Laya Public Land Subdivision, Tabuk, Kalinga-Apayao;

Thence S. 81 deg., 23E., 156.68 m. to point 2;

S. 08 deg., 37W., 238.73 m. to point 3;

N. 81 deg., 23W., 156.68 m. to point 4;

N. 08 deg., 37E., 238.73 m. to point 1;

point of beginning. Containing an area of THIRTY SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FOUR (37,404) SQUARE METERS, more or less.1aшphi1

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 60 cm., and the rest by Pls. Cyl. Mons. 15 x 60 cm.; Bearings True; surveyed in accordance with law and regulations promulgated thereunder by Antonio Pizarro, Gaspar Ferraren, Silvestre Ela, Geodetic Engineers as Chiefs of Party on May 4, 1939 to May 1942; and February 1946 to December 31, 1948 and approved on January 23, 1953.
