DECLARING 3 MARCH 1994 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS, 3 March 1994, Thursday, marks the 75th founding anniversary of the Province of Camarines Norte; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents in the Province of Camarines Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate said anniversary with appropriate ceremonies and activities.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me under Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare 3 March 1994, Thursday, as a Special Day in the Province of Camarines Norte.ℒαwρhi৷
