AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 301, DATED JUNE 4, 1956 AS AMENDED, WHICH RESERVED FOR CERTAIN SPECIFIC PUBLIC PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY CONVERTING THE USE OF LOT NO. 6006, PLS-73, ONE OF THE LOTS RESERVE THEREUNDER, FROM PLAYGROUND SITE PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TACURONG TO MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL SITE UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SECRETARY OF EDUCATION, CULTURE AND SPORTS

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 301, dated June 4, 1956, as amended, which reserved for certain specific public purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Island of Mindanao, by converting the use of Lot No. 6006, Pls-73, one of the lots reserved thereunder, from playground site purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Tacurong, to Municipal High School site purposes under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 6006, Buluan Pls-73 as shown on plan MR-1089, G.L.R.O. Record No.     ), situated in the Municipality of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Quezon Avenue; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Doña Aurora Street; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Jaycees Avenue; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by National Highway. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 22 deg. 08" E., 20.00 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls-73, Buluan Public Land Subdivision. Thence . . .
