[ Proclamation No. 94, November 6, 1992 ]

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 11, 1992, marks the foundation anniversary of the Province of Samar;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Samar be given ample opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday November 11, 1992, as a special day in the Province of Samar.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
