RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAYS OF LOOC AND CANJULAO, CITY OF LAPU-LAPU, ISLAND OF CEBU
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or any other form of disposition and reserve for military purposes under the jurisdiction and administration of the Philippine Navy for its naval operations, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future boundary survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangays of Looc and Canjulao, City of Lapu-Lapu, Island of Cebu, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND situated in the Barangays of Looc and Canjulao, City of Lapu-Lapu, Island of Cebu, beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being N. 81º 03" W., 1,119.89 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 3, Opon Cadastre, Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Cebu. Thence . . . .
