DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 11, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINES

WHEREAS, the national elections shall be held on Monday, May 11, 1992;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, May 11, 1992, as a special day throughout the country.
