AMENDING PROCLAMATION NOS. 880 AND 888 DATED MARCH 18, 1992 AND APRIL 7, 1992 DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN CITIES AND PROVINCES IN THE COUNTRY ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY DROUGHT TO INCLUDE THEREIN ALL THE CHARTERED CITIES IN SAID PROVINCES WHICH EQUALLY SUFFERED FROM THE EFFECTS OF DROUGHT

Upon the recommendation of the Chairman, National Disaster Coordinating Council, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation Nos. 880 and 888 dated March 18, 1992 and April 7, 1992, respectively, declaring a state of public calamity in certain cities and provinces in the country adversely affected by drought to include therein the following chartered cities in said provinces which equally suffered from the effects of drought:

Cotabato City Maguindanao
Dapitan City Zamboanga del Norte
Dipolog City Zamboanga del Norte
Pagadian City Zamboanga del Sur
Zamboanga City Zamboanga del Sur
Cagayan de Oro City Misamis Oriental
Gingoog City Misamis Oriental

All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehabilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.ℒαwρhi৷
