DECLARING MONDAY, APRIL 27, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN LAPU-LAPU CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, April 27, 1992, marks the Charter Anniversary of Lapu-Lapu City;

WHEREAS, the people of Lapu-Lapu City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this historic event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, April 27, 1992, as a special day in Lapu-Lapu City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
