DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 18, 1992, AS A SPECIAL DAY THOUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

WHEREAS, April 18, 1992, falls on a Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, both regular holidays;

WHEREAS, the said day, April 18, 1992, may be declared a special day without detriment to public service, to allow our people uninterrupted opportunity to observe and ponder on the significance of the lenten season;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, April 18, 1992, a special day throughout the country.
