MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 874, March 3, 1992 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 650 DATED OCTOBER 5, 1990 INSTITUTIONALIZING THE KABISIG PEOPLES MOVEMENT (KABISIG) PROGRAM TO FACILITATE, COORDINATE AND MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS, AND PROVIDING LINKAGES BETWEEN AND AMONG THE PRIVATE SECTOR GROUPS AND THE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND INSTRUMENTALITIES FOR THE PURPOSE. I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 650 dated October 5, 1990 institutionalizing the Kabisig Peoples Movement (KABISIG) Program to facilitate, coordinate and monitor the implementation of government programs and projects, and providing linkages between and among the private sector groups and the government agencies and instrumentalities for the purpose, so as to designate Governor BREN Z. GUIAO of Pampanga as Director General of the Kabisig Peoples Movement Program, Vice Governor Roberto Pagdanganan of Bulacan.ℒαwρhi৷ All other provisions of Proclamation No. 650 shall remain in force and in effect.
